Meet Amanda Willing
Amanda Willing is the founder and principal lawyer of Willing Law Professional Corporation, a modern firm serving clients across Windsor-Essex and beyond in real estate law, family law, and high-asset divorce.

Amanda is known for the strategic, level-headed approach she brings to complex matters where property, finances, and family intersect. Her practice is built around a single goal: helping clients protect what they've built while navigating major personal and financial transitions with clarity and confidence.

Amanda earned her Honours degree in Sociology from McMaster University before completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and administrative tribunals across the province.

She is frequently the lawyer professionals, business owners, and individuals turn to when discretion, financial awareness, and strong advocacy matter most. Whether the issue is a high-value property transaction or a high-asset divorce, clients rely on Amanda for sophisticated legal strategy paired with practical, real-world solutions.

Beyond her practice, Amanda is driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation in the legal industry — building a firm that reflects how today's clients actually want to be served: responsively, transparently, and with genuine care.

The same drive Amanda brings to the courtroom started on the soccer pitch — she's a former competitive soccer player, where she learned that preparation, teamwork, and composure under pressure win the day. These days you're most likely to catch her at an F45 class or out for a walk around her neighbourhood. And her favourite instrument? The bagpipes — an acquired taste, she'll admit, but proof she appreciates the things most people overlook.
